New shrimp season has started in April and smaller counts are being in the local fish markets already. Now, we have brought you today the March 2023, shrimp export infographic of Khulna. Total 88 consignment took place from the Khulna region during the month of March, out of them 86 were shrimp shipment.
In the month of March 2023, EPB (Export Promotion Bureau) of Bangladesh had targeted of $43.27 million to achieve yearly target of $500 million in FY22-FY23. Though, only $18.12 million has been earned in the month of March, meaning earnings are $25.15 million short from the estimated target.
