Requirements
Education
- Diploma
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Diploma/Honors/Masters with any background .
- Preference will be given to B.sc Honors Zoology /M.sc Fisheries.Student from National University/Fisheries Diploma institutions/ Diploma in Agriculture
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Animal/Plant Breeding, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Fisheries
Additional Requirements
- Age 23 to 33 years
- Only Male
- Candidate must obedient to the office rules & reporting system, should be smart, polite in manner with attractive personality.
- Candidate should be self- motivated & creative in field work.
- Candidate should have good leadership quality, execution skills, can do attitude, should work under pressure & can manage dealer along with farmer.
- Candidate having experience in motorbike driving.
- Candidate having experience in aqua products marketing are encourage to apply.
- The applicants should have experience in Fisheries & Poultry technical support.
- Note: Motor bike driving Mandatory

Responsibilities & Context
- Provide technical support and advisory services to fish farm owners on pond management, fish health, disease prevention, and treatment protocols.
- Existing Dealer Visit & Open new dealership.
- Collect money from the market and Control market Outstanding.
- Planning and Execution of sales target of the company.
- Arrange Local farmers meeting.
- Self-motivated willing to work in a team.
- Searching and expansion of new markets.
- Follow up daily sales and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.
- Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.
