A week-long seafood festival called ‘The Taste of Tides’ has started at The Peninsula Chittagong Hotel in Chattogram. They want people who love seafood to try different kinds of tasty dishes. The festival began on Thursday evening at the Peninsular Laguna Restaurant, which looks like the sea inside.
The chairman of The Peninsula Chittagong, Mahbub Ur Rahman, officially opened the seafood festival. Many important people from the hotel were there too.
If you really like seafood and want to try lots of different types, this festival is for you. The Peninsula’s chef, who knows about food from all over the world, made a special menu with fresh seafood.
They have yummy seafood terrine, our own traditional mustard hilsa, then seafood Arabiata, Singapore chili crab, and seafood thermidor, among other dishes at the festival.
You can enjoy the seafood festival dinner until September 20th at Laguna Restaurant for 3200 taka, and if you have certain bank cards, you can get a ‘Buy One Get One’ offer for free.
