Education

• Diploma in Fisheries, Diploma in Agriculture

Experience

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Skills Required: Fisheries, Dairy Farm Management, Poultry, Poultry Farm Management, Vegetable Cultivation
• Very keen to learn a new culture.

Job Context

• Utshob Agro is a leading agro project located in Nokla, Sherpur District. We are looking for experienced agro professionals who have the ability and potential to operate a project successfully. We are involved in producing different kinds of quality fish and vegetables.
• Applicants with a proven track record in the sector of different kinds of fish production are highly encouraged to apply.
• Interested applicants should have the mindset to stay in the project office located at Nokla, Sherpur.

Job Responsibilities

• Must know Fish and water treatment.
• Catfish and White fish Cultivation
• Have to know fish diseases and treatment.
• Have to cultivate different types of profitable vegetables.
• Regular follow-up of the Agro project.
• You have to find out the source of quality seeds for vegetables and fish.
• Find out the diseases and prompt remedies for ensuring maximum production.
• Keeping records of daily feeds, medicines, and other expenditures in an efficient way.
• Ensuring the project’s safety and profitability.
• Able to manage and train project employees with utmost care.
• Ready to perform any kind of work assigned by the Top Management.
