Technical Consultant – Fish Hatchery

Job Responsibilities
- Manage overall hatchery operations including fish fry production, feed and hatchery management.
- Oversee entire production, breeding techniques, machine maintenance, stock processing, quality control and implementing best practices to enhance fish growth and survival rates.
- Lead research and development efforts, including research on new broodstock, feed formulations, and innovative hatchery techniques to enhance productivity.
- Prepare annual production based on the sales requirements.
- Provide feasibility studies on hatchery operation business expansion.
- Train and support hatchery staff to improve efficiency.
