Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Diploma (Vocational) in Fisheries
• HSC in Food Science & Technology
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Fisheries

Experience

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Livestock, Fisheries
  Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 20 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct regular visits to Farms, Traders, and Customers to ensure strong market presence.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders, farmers, and business partners.
• Perform water and soil testing, identify diseases, and provide effective technical solutions.
• Organize and conduct seminars, meetings, and training programs to educate and engage stakeholders.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new traders to expand the distribution network.
• Promote company products and services through field activities, demonstrations, and communication.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on activities, sales, and market performance.
