Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Veterinary Science
• Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
• Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries
• Master of Science (MSc) in Veterinary Science
• Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University,Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh,Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University,Sylhet Agricultural University students will get preference
• Project Management Certification
• HACCP Certification
• ISO 22000/ISO9001 Training
• Halal Compliance & Food Safety Training
• Bio-security & Farm Management Training
• Aquaculture or Livestock Management Certification

Experience

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Farming, Fisheries, Livestock

Responsibilities & Context

• Plan, manage, and execute agro & fisheries projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise farm, hatchery, processing, and cold storage operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and Halal requirements.
• Control project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with government bodies (FIQC, DoF, DAE, etc.)
• Ensure biosecurity, food safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare project progress reports for management.
• Manage project staff, vendors, and contractors & Labors.
• Manage accounts, day to day work plan.
• Provide monthly report, quarterly report & yearly report to chairman.
• Provide monthly budget, quarterly budget & yearly budget.
• Coordinate with Head Office, Capital Management and Talent & Culture teams.
• Others Task provided by Management time to time.
