Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Master of Science (MSc) in Zoology
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Fisheries from any recognized university .
• M.Sc in Zoology ( Fisheries) / Diploma in Fisheries.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries
  Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 36 years
• Candidates having own motorbike will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Conduct regular field visits to support farmers with technical guidance on aquaculture health management.
• Promote ana ensure proper application of company products through demonstration and famers meeting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, farmers and stockholder to achieve market growth.
• Collection & analyze market information, competitors activities and feedback to support strategic planning.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets while ensuring compliance with company polices.
• Organize and participate in training, workshop and promotional events arranged by the company.
• Provide timely accurate technical reports to management for decision making.
• Work in close collaboration with the marketing and technical term to achieve organizational objectives.
