Education

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Fisheries

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee daily fisheries and aquaculture operations.
• Monitor fish stock, breeding, and water quality management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and training to workers on best aquaculture practices.
• Implement strategies to improve fish yield and sustainability.
• Coordinate with suppliers, government agencies, and stakeholders.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on fisheries operations.
