Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Fisheries & Aquaculture.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Tannery/Footwear, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years
• Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals company will be preferable.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Candidate should have well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

• A well-reputed Pharmaceuticals Company (Animal Health Division) are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic candidates as Product Executive/ Sr. Product Executive / Assistant Manager (Fisheries & Aquaculture – PMD) for the mentioned positions who will contribute to our business expansion needs.
• Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback.
• Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products.
• Undertake all activities regarding new product launching.
• Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management.
• Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned products.
• Formulate annual budget for assigned products.
• Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference.
• Frequently doctor and field visit for the field development.
• Train the field force on assigned products.
