Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries
• Master of Science (MSc) in Fisheries

Experience

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in fisheries, agriculture, food, or FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business.
• Knowledge of organic food products and market demand will be an added advantage.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities & Context

• A reputed organization engaged in the production and sale of organic fish from its own farms is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand its market presence and increase sales nationwide.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for organic fish products.
• Identify new markets, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.
