Experience
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Film Production, Fisheries, Hatchery, Market Research Firms, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Research Organization, Shrimp
    Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
  • Age 18 to 38 years
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience (depending on role).
  • Strong knowledge of fish health, nutrition, and water quality management.
  • Practical experience in aquaculture operations, hatcheries, or feed application.
  • Ability to conduct field demonstrations, farm trials, and farmer training.
  • Understanding of product marketing, customer relations, and market analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team; willing to travel extensively.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and able to work under pressure.
  • Valid motor driving license preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Supervise and evaluate operational activities at fish farms and hatcheries, ensuring optimal management practices and productivity.
  • Identify, diagnose, and address fish health issues; provide practical and technical solutions to improve farm performance.
  • Advise farm owners and partners on best practices for fish care, water quality management, nutrition, and disease prevention/treatment.
  • Plan, execute, and achieve company sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Explore, identify, and develop new market opportunities for product promotion and business growth.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and regularly report performance updates to the respective authority.
  • Conduct periodic market analysis to assess trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and share insights with management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
  • Support promotional programs, field demonstrations, and technical seminars to strengthen product awareness
