Experience

Responsibilities & Context

• Manage daily fish farm operations, including feeding, breeding, and harvesting.
• Track fish growth, health, and breeding schedules.
• Test and monitor water quality regularly to support healthy fish growth.
• Adjust water parameters (temperature) as needed.
• Implement biosecurity measures to prevent disease.
• Coordinate with veterinary experts for disease prevention and treatment.
• Maintain records on fish production, water quality, and health.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics.
